About Drip Labs
Drip Labs is a digital marketing company that develops its own consumer products and sells them online via its ecommerce websites.
Unlike a typical digital marketing agency, Drip Labs doesn’t service clients. Instead, we own and operate 4 of our own ecommerce brands in the direct-to-consumer space. Our online brands are in the fitness, beauty and homewares industry and have seen significant growth over the past year.
Due to our fast growth we’re looking for a Paid Advertising/Digital Marketing Specialist to join our rocket ship. You’ll be helping us scale our brands to the moon, while having fun and being rewarded doing it!
About the role
Your overall goal will be to scale advertising campaigns across multiple paid social channels while keeping customer acquisition costs low.
Your duties will include:

Media Buying - Daily management of Facebook Ads, Tik Tok ads, Snap Ads, Youtube Ads. This includes testing new creatives, audiences, bids, rules, geos, day parting and scaling campaigns whenever possible.

Ad Creative Ideation - Analyse our top (and worst) performing ad creatives and collaborate with our content creator to test and improve new advertising angles, hooks and sequences.

Process Creation and improvement - Assist with building ad reporting processes that ensure learnings and results are constantly shared within the business to drive future informed decision making.

Conversion Rate Optimization - Identifying opportunities on our websites and landing pages to increase conversion rate, and setting up A/B tests to maximise revenue per click.

Copywriting - Researching competition and coming up with new copy, angles, headlines, benefits ect.

New channel exploration - Constantly thinking about and experimenting with new ways to grow our marketing machine: new channels, new ideas, new optimisation hacks across our entire funnel.

Agency management - Maintain relationships with 3rd party agencies we use to assist with our digital marketing (Email, SEO, SEM) and hold them accountable to meet our KPIs
What we're looking for
You should only apply for this role if you’re fascinated with digital marketing, in other words - you nerd out. You should be actively growing your knowledge and experience in the field.

At least 1 - 2 years experience working in a digital marketing role that involved running paid advertising (either agency/client side or your own venture). You must have experience running Facebook Ads. If you don’t have this, please do not apply.

Experience in Tik Tok, Snap, Youtube ads is NOT required (but it’s a bonus). We can teach you how to run ads for these channels.

Proficient with Google Analytics: you know how to build a UTM tag and how to segment data by different traffic sources.

Comfortable with using formulas, conditional formatting and validation in google sheets.

Excellent attention to detail.

You must have a sense of humour and are not afraid to make mistakes.
