We are an Australian company that owns and operates five eCommerce brands in the direct-to-consumer space. The brands are in the beauty, health, fitness and homewares industry and have seen significant growth over the past two years.

Due to our fast growth we’re looking for an eCommerce Assistant who’ll be responsible for providing support in Marketing and Operations. It’s an amazing role for someone who wants to work in the exciting world of eCommerce and be a part of a small and dynamic team.

About the role

This is a part-time role based in our office in Brookvale (3 days/week) with potential to go full-time.

Your duties will include:

​

• Create and manage website content including products, banners and landing pages

​

• Manage external stakeholders for both marketing (email marketing, social media) and operations (manufacturers, fulfilment centres)

​

• Assist with inventory management

​

• Assist with marketing and communication strategies and campaigns

​

• Proactively seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase operational efficiency

​

• Propose and implement process improvements

The skills you need

​

• Experience in digital marketing or eCommerce

​

• Proficient with spreadsheets and comfortable working with data

​

• Keen eye for detail

​

• Exceptional problem-solving and organisational skills

​

• Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple projects concurrently

​

• Ability to take on responsibility and work autonomously
