About Drip Labs
Drip Labs is a digital marketing company that develops its own consumer products and sells them online via its ecommerce websites.
Unlike a typical digital marketing agency, Drip Labs doesn’t service clients. Instead, we own and operate 4 of our own ecommerce brands in the direct-to-consumer space. Our online brands are in the fitness, beauty and homewares industry and have seen significant growth over the past year.
Due to our growth we’re looking to hire a digital marketer who’ll assist in scaling our brands through multiple acquisition channels. It’s an amazing role for someone who wants to learn digital marketing and customer acquisition from top experts in the field.
About the role
We are looking for someone who is hungry, motivated and willing to learn our online customer acquisition strategies inside out (while having fun doing it!).
Your main role will be to optimise and scale our digital advertising channels while maximising ROI. Currently we heavily advertise on Facebook, Tik Tok, Google (Youtube) and have recently started dabbling in Snapchat, Pinterest and Twitter.
We will teach you our ad management strategies and in return we’d like you to take ownership of daily campaign monitoring, optimization, tracking and reporting.
You will analyse performance of ad creatives and work closely with our content producer to come up with new ‘ad angles’ to improve performance.
Collaboratively build reporting processes that ensure learnings and results are constantly shared within the business to drive future informed decision making.
This role is not just limited to ad management. We will also teach you the art and science of sales funnel building, how to design high-converting landing pages and how to run website conversion experiments to maximise ROI.
You will need to keep up to date with emerging apps, technology and ad platforms to identify opportunities to grow online sales performance.
What we're looking for
You’re passionate about digital marketing and testing new ways to drive profitable customer acquisition.
We don’t expect you to know every single ad platform but we do expect you to have an understanding of Facebook Ads and Google Analytics. You should also know the meaning of digital advertising metrics (e.g. CPC, CPA, ROAS)
At least 1 year digital marketing experience OR experience marketing/operating your own online venture (e.g. ecom store, blog etc).
You’re an analytical thinker and can comfortably use formulas in excel/google sheets.
You have a sense of humour and are not afraid to make mistakes.
You have a focus on self-learning and self-improvement.

The office is located close to public transport - 100m from bus-stops. Walking distance to shopping centre and street cafes.
Remote work available: Full time in the office to start, then after the first 6 months the option to work at least 1 day a week remotely.
