About the role


Drip Labs is a digital marketing company that creates its own ecommerce products and sells them through online advertising. Unlike a typical digital marketing agency, Drip Labs doesn’t service clients. Instead, we own and operate 4 of our own ecommerce brands in the direct-to-consumer space. Our online brands are in the fitness, beauty and homewares industry and have seen significant growth over the past year.

Due to our fast growth we’re looking to hire a passionate Content Creator/Video Editor who’ll be responsible for creating entertaining video ads that make people fall in love with our products. Our products are advertised all over the world and your content will be seen by millions of people. It’s an amazing role for someone who wants exposure to the digital marketing industry while also learning the extremely valuable skill of how to sell products via online advertising.


This is a full time role based in our office in Brookvale.

What you'll be getting up to

  • Shoot and edit video content for our products in multiple formats to suit different social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tik Tok and Youtube - Think fast paced videos with cool transitions.

  • Launch advertising tests across all social media platforms to collect data on the performance of your video ads and identify which creatives work best.

  • Concept and generate new creative angles and ideas that will perform well for paid media.

  • Manage multiple external contractors whose responsibilities include influencer reach out, product send outs, content sourcing and video editing.

  • Take photos of our products to be used on the website, in emails and on social media.

The skills and strengths you need


  • Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro and Photoshop

  • The willingness to leave your ‘creative ego’ at the door. You will need to adapt your content to whatever is performing the best based purely on marketing performance

  • High level of organisation - keep all projects organised & accurately archive footage

  • A good sense of humour and not afraid to make mistakes

Good to have


  • Experience in creating video content for paid media

  • Knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce

  • Experience in operating lighting, audio equipment and video cameras (experience with image types, resolutions, frame rates, exporting)

  • Knowledge of After Effects
